Chapter One: Lord Do You Love Me?

Meditation addresses the fact that most people live lives that are too busy. The practice of meditation is simpler than you may think. The first exercise is based on Psalm 23. It helps most people create a quiet space in the center of their activities. Feel free to use it anytime. The first cycle of exercises has you do three things. First, you review your awareness of how God has loved you in the past. Second, you focus on your recent experience of Godís love. Third, you prepare yourself to intentionally love another with Christís love.
